Orinelasticastic is committed to delivering a high-quality educational experience. We review refund requests on a case-by-case basis and aim to resolve all requests fairly and promptly. This policy applies to all paid subscriptions, plans, and one-time purchases available through our platform.
2. Eligibility for a Refund
You may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
- Your request is submitted within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date.
- You have not consumed more than a limited portion of the purchased content or service as defined in the subsections below.
- A technical fault on our side prevented you from accessing the service and the issue was not resolved within a reasonable timeframe.
- You were charged more than once for the same product due to a billing error.
2.1 Subscription Plans
Refund requests for subscription plans must be submitted within 14 days of the initial charge or renewal charge. If significant use of the subscription has occurred during this period — including completion of quizzes, tests, or interactive modules — we reserve the right to apply a prorated deduction or decline the request.
2.2 One-Time Purchases
Refunds for one-time purchases are available within 14 days of purchase, provided that the purchased content has not been substantially accessed or completed.
2.3 Trial Access
Purchases made after a free trial period are not eligible for a refund on the grounds that the product did not meet expectations, as the trial period is provided for evaluation purposes.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
- The refund request is submitted after the 14-day eligibility window.
- The purchased content or subscription has been substantially used or completed.
- The request is based on a change of personal preference or circumstances unrelated to the service itself.
- Promotional, discounted, or bundled offers where refund exclusions were stated at the time of purchase.
- Accounts that have been suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service.
- Purchases made through third-party platforms or resellers — in such cases, the refund policy of that third party applies.
4. How to Submit a Refund Request

5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider, but refunds are typically reflected within 5 to 10 business days after approval. Orinelasticastic is not responsible for delays caused by financial institutions or payment processors.
6. Partial Refunds
In cases where a full refund is not applicable, Orinelasticastic may at its discretion offer a partial refund proportional to the unused portion of the purchased service. Such decisions are made individually based on the circumstances of each case.
7. Chargebacks
We encourage users to contact us before initiating a chargeback through their payment provider. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension. If a chargeback is filed, we reserve the right to provide evidence to the payment provider to contest the dispute in accordance with our records and this policy.
